SAFETY — We believe that safety in transporting our clients is very important, therefore we make sure that we follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
TIMELINESS — We believe time is also money, therefore we ensure within our control that pick-up time and drop-offs are within the time of 15 minutes to 30 minutes from the time a call to transport is made. We also make sure within our control that the arrival to the appointment of the patient we transport is on time if not early.
SANITARY — We believe that hygiene and sanitation contribute to good health, therefore we make sure that our personnel observe proper hygiene and our vehicles are clean and sanitize on regular basis.
